Future Community Services, Inc. (FCS Community Management) is a full service community management and maintenance company.

We serve approximately 200 communities across Utah. FCS Community Management is the recognized leader among all management firms in owner association management – managing condominiums, townhomes, PUD’s, office condominiums and other common-interest communities – and is Utah’s only Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) and one of only 114 nationwide.

Backed by industry leading certifications (led by Utah’s only portfolio PCAM’s – Professional Community Association Manager), FCS oversees community construction, repairs, esthetic maintenance, compliance enforcement, member correspondence, developer transition, association budget preparation, comprehensive financial statements and the development of long range plans and analysis for each community it represents.

Started by President and Chief Executive Officer Michael Johnson in 1999, FCS was established to meet the growing real estate management needs and trends now required by many cities. Today, nine of ten approved residential developments are required by cities to organize community associations such as an HOA.

FCS is equipped to meet all community repairs, construction, maintenance, compliance and additional community needs in a timely and efficient manner unmatched by competitors. FCS hosted websites have incorporated several interactive services such as online bill pay, notices, activities, clubhouse reservations, and community policies and governing documents.

FCS best practices also includes assisting community HOA boards with the management of their assets, often times multi-million dollar assets. The structured partnership allows FCS and the HOA to work together and forecast potential improvement needs to community infrastructure and facilities.

FCS is able to successfully manage each property with the administrative support of 14 community managers, 19 administrative/customer service staff, and 12 maintenance personnel. FCS Community Management currently has walk-in offices in Draper, Provo, Cedar City and St. George.
