We Are Community

We live and work in the communities we manage. Your success is our success. Not only are we dedicated to providing excellent service, we are also committed to giving back to the communities and homeowners we serve. This commitment is a foundation of our companies, and it spreads to each of our employees. We continuously encourage involvement and provide opportunities to give back, and, in turn, they rise to the occasion. This takes shape when we give back to local initiatives through HOALiving Gives and to homeowners in the associations we serve through HOALiving Cares

HOALiving-GIVES-White

HOALiving Gives is the non-profit, charitable arm of Future Community Services, Inc., the parent organization of the HOALiving network of companies. Since 2011, our employees, clients and business partners have contributed through donations, payroll deductions, dress-down passes and contests approximately $115,000. These funds go to support our local community—mostly through our involvement with the Sub for Santa program and the Utah Food Bank, as well as our sponsorships of the Handstands for GOALS Autism Soccer Camp and Bowl for the Cure.

HOALiving Gives has applied for 501(c)3 status so we can focus on raising our donation numbers and extending help to greater portions of our community. While the majority of our funds come from our employees, we encourage any of our business partners or clients to participate.

HOALiving Cares is a program designed to provide assistance to HOALiving Network homeowners whose situations merit such assistance. Our clients are real people, and we understand that sometimes life is difficult and unpredictable.

We select at least one recipient per month and pay their HOA fees/dues/assessments for that month. This is made possible by the generosity of our employees who donate the funds for this program.

We ask for a little bit of information about the homeowner you wish to nominate (self-nominations are acceptable and considered). Nomination forms must be submitted to us for review. The candidate selected will receive an email by the last day of the month preceding the month their HOA fees/dues/assessments will be paid.

Nominees who are not selected will receive an email notification, and their nominations will be considered for three consecutive months without a new submission.

Please note that all information collected, as well as the identities of selected recipients will be kept completely confidential.
