Disclosure Specialist for FCS Community Management (posted January28, 2013):

The Disclosure Specialist reports to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for providing administrative services.  This includes the processing of online orders, updating disclosure information and communicating with customers in a timely and appropriate manner within the established time limits

Prior customer service experience is a must.  Applicant must be able to handle difficult people in a professional manner, possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and be an effective communicator.  It is also important for applicants to be skilled with Microsoft Office and be able to quickly pick up on new programs.  Note: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications association with this job.

This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week) with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour.

Rental Manager for FCS Property Management (re-posted January 28, 2013):

The Rental manager reports to the Senior Manager over Rentals and is responsible to oversee rental units and operations, ensuring positive tenant relations and coordinate with Rental Department staff. Prior customer service experience is a must, as well as prior experience with the Brigham Young University Off-Campus Housing Office, and BYU Residential Living Standards and the BYU Honor Code.
