COVID-19 Resources

Dear Homeowners,

The past several months have certainly been a challenge for all of us, but we have been making plans in accordance with Utah Leads Together guidelines, and we are ready to continue moving forward. FCS is proud of the efforts made by our employees, HOA Boards, homeowners and business partners as we have all quickly adapted to change. Through cooperation, information and action we have been able to address the needs of our clients and customers. The day-to-day administration of your association has proceeded without interruption. With business opening back up throughout the State of Utah, the entire FCS team remains committed to being your management partner. We will continue to serve our customers under the guidance of local, state and federal agencies.

Although our offices were closed in mid-March in order to avoid risk to our staff and customers, we recently reopened and are ready to serve our customers in-person Monday through Thursday from 9 AM – 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM – 3 PM. We have implemented several changes to how we operate in order to ensure the continued health and safety of our staff and customers. These new changes include:

We are confident these changes will allow us to meet the needs of our customers while keeping everyone – customers and employees – safe. As always, our Customer Service team is available to take your calls Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Additionally, you have 24-hour access to your homeowner portal at www.hoaliving.com. We continue to use video conferencing for our board and homeowner meetings, allowing the regular business of your association to be conducted, despite current restrictions on large, in-person groups. Board trainings and new homeowner orientations have transitioned to video conferencing, as well. This will continue until it is safe to do otherwise. Despite the challenges, we have appreciated the opportunity to introduce new and innovative ways to communicate and manage.

We are encouraged by the progress being made to bring this crisis to an end, but we encourage all our employees and customers to follow recommendations to reduce the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases. We look forward to resuming our normal practices when it is completely safe to do so. In the meantime, we continue to urge you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations of experts and take necessary precautions to protect yourself, your family and your community. Please socially distance and wear face masks to stay safe and stay healthy as we all look forward to better days.

HOA’s Lead Together – A Guide to Reopening Common Areas

We’ve published a document that provides suggestions for homeowner associations to consider while leading their communities through COVID-19.

We request that homeowner associations consult with legal, insurance and health experts prior to the adoption of any of these suggestions.
