Vendor Certification
We are thankful for the various vendors that have serviced our communities over the years. We have a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, we have partnered with a third-party vendor compliance firm called VIVE.
VIVE specializes in certifying vendors in the community management industry. Registration is required for all vendors to continue a relationship with us. The registration process is streamlined and easy (it takes less than 15 minutes), and the annual fee is reasonable.
