Dear Homeowners,

As we have all adapted to a new “normal” during the COVID-19 crisis, FCS is proud of the efforts made by our employees, HOA Boards, homeowners and business partners. Through cooperation, information and action we have been able to work to ensure the needs of our clients and customers have continued to be addressed. The day to day administration of your association has proceeded without interruption as we have met the challenges of social distancing and Stay-At-Home directives. At FCS, we remain committed to being your management partner and will continue to keep our customers updated as the situation evolves and we follow guidance from local, state and federal agencies.

On Monday, March 16th, FCS offices were closed in order to avoid risks to our staff and customers. However, our entire management team was able to transition to work from home, where they have maintained the same level of service to our clients over the past month and will continue to do so until this crisis draws to an end. Our Customer Service team is available to take your calls Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and you have 24 hour access to your homeowner portal at www.hoaliving.com. We have also been able to implement video conferencing for our board and homeowner meetings, allowing the regular business of your association to be conducted. Training of boards and new homeowner orientations have transitioned to video conferencing as well. This has been an opportunity to introduce new and innovative ways to communicate despite the challenges presented by social distancing.

We are encouraged by progress being made to bring this crisis to an end and look forward to resuming normal practices. In the meantime, we continue to urge you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations of experts and take necessary precautions to protect yourself, your family and your community. Stay home, stay safe and stay healthy as we all look to better days.
