HOALiving earned its Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation due to our employees’ advanced training through Community Associations Institute (CAI). At HOALiving, we ensure our people have the skills and knowledge to handle a variety of issues, and we provide our communities with the professional partnerships they deserve. Only 264 firms have the AAMC designation worldwide. HOALiving not only maintains AAMC’s standards, we exceed them!

Our management teams are highly trained in interpreting governing documents and offering sound advice to boards. We also stay up-to-date on state and federal legislation. Ultimately, we are not attorneys, but we work closely with legal representatives when needed and are able to recommend professional partnerships.

We put considerable time and resources into investigation before implementation, and we are involved in user groups to report feedback and inspire change.
An excellent example of this is our adoption of owner portals from Vantaca.
Our owner portals allow for complete transparency with real-time reporting of all financial information for boards to access. Individual homeowners are able to see their own accounts and set up auto-pay.
We are always learning and always networking. Many of our managers are members of local CAI chapters, and our CEO is on CAI’s Board of Trustees. He is also a national and international faculty member. We attend conferences and industry events in order to learn from other management professionals. Then, we host free, monthly webinars to educate our clients and all interested parties.

Our team structure is specifically designed to provide our clients with the support they need - timely and personal. Each association is assigned a Community Manager who is assisted by a Community Specialist. They know their communities inside and out, and they are available to their homeowners.
