HOALiving Cares is a program designed to provide assistance to HOALiving Network homeowners whose situations merit such assistance. Our clients are real people, and we understand that sometimes life is difficult and unpredictable.
We select at least one recipient per month and pay their HOA fees/dues/assessments for that month. This is made possible by the generosity of our employees who donate the funds for this program.
We ask for a little bit of information about the homeowner you wish to nominate (self-nominations are acceptable and considered). Nomination forms must be submitted to us for review. The candidate selected will receive an email by the last day of the month preceding the month their HOA fees/dues/assessments will be paid.
Nominees who are not selected will receive an email notification, and their nominations will be considered for three consecutive months without a new submission.
Please note that all information collected, as well as the identities of selected recipients will be kept completely confidential.
