We are confident these changes will allow us to meet the needs of our customers while keeping everyone – customers and employees – safe. As always, our Customer Service team is available to take your calls Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 9 PM. Additionally, you have 24-hour access to your homeowner portal at www.hoaliving.com. We continue to use video conferencing for our board and homeowner meetings, allowing the regular business of your association to be conducted, despite current restrictions on large, in-person groups. Board trainings and new homeowner orientations have transitioned to video conferencing, as well. This will continue until it is safe to do otherwise. Despite the challenges, we have appreciated the opportunity to introduce new and innovative ways to communicate and manage.
We are encouraged by the progress being made to bring this crisis to an end, but we encourage all our employees and customers to follow recommendations to reduce the recent uptick in COVID-19 cases. We look forward to resuming our normal practices when it is completely safe to do so. In the meantime, we continue to urge you to familiarize yourself with the recommendations of experts and take necessary precautions to protect yourself, your family and your community.
