Community Association Management (CAM), part of the HOALiving family of companies, was recognized with a prestigious Gold award at the Best of Southern Utah Gala. This award celebrates the company's outstanding contributions to the region's business community and its impact on local organizations.

The gala – held Wednesday, June 10 – brought together Southern Utah's most accomplished businesses and community leaders for a night of recognition and celebration. This year's Best of Southern Utah Gala reflected the region's vibrant business community, with over one million votes cast by the public to determine winners across more than 250 categories. For CAM team members in attendance at the Best of Southern Utah Gala, the accolade represented the collective dedication and passion that defines their work across the region.

An Evening of Meaningful Celebration

"It was a privilege to attend the Best of Southern Utah Gala alongside my coworkers and celebrate our accomplishments among so many outstanding businesses," said Madelyn Mills, Senior Community Specialist at CAM. "It was especially rewarding to see our company recognized and celebrated for the work we do in the community."

"I'm honored to celebrate CAM's Gold win as Best HOA Management Company alongside outstanding businesses — an elegant evening made even more meaningful by sharing it with an incredible team," shared Kerry Pettit, Community Manager.

The evening underscored the collaborative spirit and strength that characterizes Southern Utah's business landscape. Among the hundreds of honorees recognized at the Best of Southern Utah Gala, CAM's Gold award stood as a testament to the organization's excellence.

Autumn Legg, CAM Community Specialist, noted the significance of the recognition. "As a longtime St. George resident, it was so much fun celebrating the businesses and individuals that help make Southern Utah such a special place. Representing CAM and being recognized with a Gold award made the evening even more memorable," she said.

"Best of Southern Utah was an awesome experience. It was cool to see businesses in Southern Utah come together, celebrate, and make connections throughout the community," added Shayne Erickson, Community Specialist.

For CAM's leadership, the Gold award recognition served as a powerful reminder of the team's impact. "It was a fun evening celebrating with members of our team and recognizing the hard work they put in every day. To be recognized as the Best of Southern Utah is a reflection of their passion, dedication and commitment," said Scott Anderson, Division President.

Michael Tillotson, VP of Community Management, emphasized the broader mission driving the organization's success. Every day, we have the opportunity to make a difference, and that is something worth being proud of," he reflected.
