HOALiving brought its team together for an inspiring Connect 2026 conference on September 16-17 at SLCC Miller Campus in Sandy, Utah. Under the theme "Better Together," the two-day event showcased the company's commitment to its tagline, "Building Better Communities."
Our CPO, Jessika Reed was instrumental in the organization and success of the event. “This was our fourth in-person CONNECT event,” say Jessika, “and I’m incredibly proud of the care our team put into this experience and how our employees showed up for each other, creating an energy and sense of purpose that we’re carrying forward.”
Attendees participated in portrait sessions, volunteered in a Red Cross blood donation drive, and contributed to a hands-on service project that made a tangible difference for area hospitals. The conference featured dynamic workshops and breakout sessions designed to foster learning and professional growth, empowering employees to develop new skills and connections. A highlight came with the keynote address by founder and CEO Michael Johnson, who inspired the audience with his vision for the company's future.
The final result? Jessika puts it best, saying, “The energy going into CONNECT and coming out of it has been contagious. It brought people together and recentered us on our purpose and the HOALiving way as well as reinforcing the direction to keep our work focused on people.”
From collaborative learning opportunities to community service initiatives, CONNECT 2026 demonstrated HOALiving's dedication to employee development and social responsibility, creating a memorable experience that truly embodied the spirit of unity and positive change.
